Notice Regarding Eligibility of Shares for Loan Transactions

Value Commerce Co., Ltd. today announced that its shares have been made eligible for loan transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. Details are as follows.
Value Commerce shares were already eligible for standardized margin transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. Having now been made eligible for loan transactions, the Company expects that liquidity and the supply-demand balance of its shares will improve, assuring a fair price-making process.
